1. In short

The itrivix.com website is designed not to collect buyers' personal data. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number, don't store payment details, don't set cookies and don't use web analytics.

2. Payment

Payment takes place in the window of the Robokassa payment service. You enter the email for the receipt and your card details there, and Robokassa processes them under its own rules. The website neither receives nor stores this data. The professional income tax receipt is sent by Robokassa.

The Seller can see their payments in the Robokassa merchant dashboard, including the email address the buyer entered for the receipt. This data stays inside Robokassa: the Seller neither copies nor stores it and uses it only to reply to the buyer.

3. What the website stores

  1. The order number, its contents, amount, date and payment status.
  2. The machine code the license was issued for — the 16 characters shown by the “Machine code” button in Revit. The code is derived from the Windows system identifier by a one-way transformation and contains no information about the computer, its owner or files.

This information does not make it possible to identify who placed the order. It is needed to issue the license, download it again and reissue it when you change computers. It is kept for as long as the issued licenses are valid.

4. Server logs

The server keeps no visit logs and does not record IP addresses. To protect against brute-force attempts, a visitor's address is kept in the server's memory for no longer than 10 minutes and is not saved anywhere.

5. What is stored in your browser

The number of and link to your order are saved in your browser's storage on your device, so that you can return to the order page from the home page. They are not sent to the server. You can delete them by clearing the site data in your browser settings.

6. Third-party services

  1. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts servers and video thumbnails from YouTube servers: these services learn the visitor's IP address. The video itself loads only after you click the thumbnail.
  2. The community link leads to Telegram — a separate service with its own rules.
  3. The website server is hosted by [HOSTING PROVIDER].

7. If you write to us

We use emails sent to only to reply: to reissue a license, help with installation or process a refund. The correspondence is stored in the Google Workspace email service. Ask us and we'll delete it once the matter is resolved.
