This document is a public offer by , a professional income tax payer (self-employed), INN (the “Seller”), and sets out the terms for acquiring the RoomTools software.

1. Subject

The Seller grants the Buyer a simple (non-exclusive) license to use the RoomTools software — an extension for the pyRevit add-in for Autodesk Revit — in the configuration selected by the Buyer when placing the order.

The software is delivered by making the archive and the license file available for download on the order page of the website. No physical media is supplied.

Tools marked on the website as free are provided free of charge: the archive is downloaded on the website, and no payment or license file is required for them. Sections 2, 3 and 5 do not apply to free tools.

2. Ordering and payment

  1. The Buyer selects the order contents on the website and places the order in the way indicated on the website.
  2. Prices are shown on the website in rubles. The bundle discount is applied automatically.
  3. Payment is made by bank card, via the Faster Payments System (SBP), SberPay or T-Pay using the Robokassa payment service.
  4. The professional income tax receipt is generated automatically upon payment and sent to the Buyer by the payment service to the email address the Buyer enters on the payment page.
  5. Payment constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this offer.

3. Delivery of the software

Once payment is confirmed, the Buyer is shown the order page, where the software archive can be downloaded and the license file obtained. The Buyer is responsible for keeping the link to the order page and the order number.

The license file is generated for the machine code the Buyer enters on the order page, and is downloaded there. The Buyer obtains the machine code with the “Machine code” button after installing the software. The Seller's obligation is deemed fulfilled when the archive becomes available for download on the order page.

If the order page is unavailable, the Buyer contacts the Seller at , stating the order number.

4. License terms

  1. The license is granted with no time limit and no limit on the number of projects.
  2. The license is tied to one computer by the machine code provided by the Buyer and is valid only on that computer.
  3. If the computer is replaced or the operating system is reinstalled, the license is reissued free of charge at the Buyer's request sent to , stating the order number and the new machine code.
  4. Reselling, publishing, transferring to third parties and distributing the software or its source code are prohibited.
  5. For use by several employees of an organization, a separate license is purchased for each workstation, or a separate agreement is concluded.
  6. Updates within the purchased tools are provided free of charge.

5. Refunds

The software is a digital product. If a purchased tool does not work as described and the Seller cannot fix the problem, the Buyer may request a refund within [PERIOD, e.g. 14] days of payment by sending a description of the problem to . The refund is made by the same method used for payment within [PERIOD] of approval.

From the moment the money is refunded, the license for the refunded tools terminates: the Buyer stops using them and deletes the license file, and the Seller does not issue or reissue a license for that order.

6. Liability

The software is provided “as is”. The Seller is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or the consequences of using the software in design documentation. The Buyer independently checks the results produced by the tools and keeps backup copies of models.

The Seller does not guarantee that the software will work with versions of Autodesk Revit and pyRevit not listed on the website as supported.

7. Personal data

The Seller does not collect the Buyer's personal data when an order is placed. The Buyer enters payment and receipt details on the page of the Robokassa payment service. The Seller stores the order number, its contents and the machine code, which do not make it possible to identify the Buyer. See the Privacy policy for details.
